The Human Relations Council (HRC) meets monthly on the first Monday of each month, unless otherwise noted. These dates are subject to change, but changes to meetings will be communicated as soon as they are known. HRC board meetings are held at the Human Relations Council, 371 W. Second Street, Suite 100, in downtown Dayton, Ohio. Board meetings are open to the public. Location is subject to change.
