Civil Rights Discrimination Complaint
The City of Dayton Human Relations Council investigates allegations of unlawful discrimination in housing, employment, credit transactions, and public accommodations. We encourage you to file a complaint if you have been the victim of discrimination because of your race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, familial status, marital status, or source of income.
If you wish to submit a complaint, please do so using our online Civil Rights Discrimination Inquiry Form. Your case will be assigned to a trained Equal Opportunity Specialist who will reach out to you to gather more information and advise you on next steps. If you encounter difficulty submitting a complaint via the online portal, the complaint form is available for download. This form is also available in Spanish.
